Balloon arches, backdrops, fairy lights and a stage to set them against — bring your own supplier or your own hands, and the room does the rest. A christening lunch or an afternoon baby shower sits comfortably in half the space, with the bar staffed for the adults.

A big, bright, level room with parking outside and no stairs to carry anything up. Soft-play hire, entertainers and caterers all come in happily — we provide the room, the tables and the tea, and you bring the rest. Popular for first birthdays, communions and christening parties.
Eighteen holes for a good cause.
Golf day formats for 8 players and up: morning bacon rolls, buggy hire at £25, and a one- or two-course meal in the function room while the totals are counted. Room for your sponsors' banners and a table for the raffle.

The room dressed for the season, a stocked and serviced bar, and set menus from the club kitchen. Two rooms of up to 90, or one big night for 120. December books up from the end of summer — early enquiries get the Saturdays.

Local companies and charities already book this room for breakfast meetings, most fortnights. A ceiling-mounted projector and drop-down screen, Wi-Fi throughout, tables that move, tea and coffee from the kitchen and a car park that is never full on a Tuesday. Society prize-givings, company away-days, AGMs and training — all considerably better with a view than a hotel meeting room.
