This website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so we don’t ask you to accept any. Browsing it sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. The one exception is a staff-only setting, listed below. If you open a 3D hole flyover, the video player that loads sets its own cookies — that is explained under Embedded content.
What a cookie is
A small file a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies — such as your browser’s local storage — are covered by the same rules, so we list them here too.
What this site stores
For visitors: nothing. We checked every public page on 28 October 2026 with a fresh browser, scrolling each page to the bottom: no cookies, no local storage and no session storage.

The typefaces and images on this site are served from the website itself, not from Google Fonts or any other outside server.
Embedded content
The course card page offers a 3D flyover of every hole, made for the club by European Golf Technologies. Nothing from European Golf Technologies loads until you choose a hole. When you do, their video player opens and loads content from Vimeo, Google (including Google Analytics’ script, Firebase and Google Fonts) and the jQuery CDN, all of which receive your IP address.
When we opened a flyover on 28 October 2026, it set these cookies, all from Vimeo. Vimeo also stored three identifiers of its own in your browser’s local storage.

These cookies belong to Vimeo, not the club, and stay in your browser after you close the flyover until they expire or you delete them. If you’d rather not have them, don’t open a flyover — the course card itself works without them. See Vimeo’s cookie policy and Google’s privacy policy.
Links to other websites
Booking a tee time takes you to BRS Golf; results and competitions to Masterscoreboard; our Instagram link to Instagram. Those sites set their own cookies under their own notices once you are there.
Managing cookies
Because this site sets no non-essential cookies, there is no cookie banner and nothing to change here. You can still see, block or delete cookies in your browser settings — see the help pages for Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
If we ever add something that sets non-essential cookies, we will update this notice and ask your permission first.
